5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 Arkle Equestrian shall not be held liable for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.
5.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns Policy (30 Days)

6.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery.
6.2 To qualify for a return:

* Items must be unused
* In original condition
* In original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

6.3 Products must not be returned directly to the manufacturer.
6.4 Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable & Limited-Return Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery:

8. Batteries – No Warranty

8.1 All batteries are sold without any warranty, whether express or implied.
8.2 Battery lifespan and performance depend on usage, environment, installation, charging, and external factors beyond Arkle Equestrian’s control.
8.3 No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for batteries under any circumstances.

9. Partial Refunds

9.1 Partial refunds may be granted at Arkle Equestrian’s discretion where:

* Packaging is damaged
* Items show signs of handling
* Accessories or parts are missing

10. Refunds

10.1 Refunds are not automatic.

13.3 Items valued over R500 should be returned using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
