How It Works
The oval elliptical link is a variant of the French link, using a rounded lozenge instead of a flat spatula to join the two halves of the mouthpiece. This provides reduced nutcracker action, more even pressure over the bars, and independent control over each side of the mouth. The curved design adds tongue relief, making this bit comfortable for most horses.
